Education Volunteers

Our education volunteers help carry out one of the main goals of the Cumming Nature Center: to foster a love and respect for nature in people of all ages. Most of these volunteer opportunities take place during our Forest School and summer camp Programs. Volunteers must be willing to commit to a full day (6 hours) of Forest School. Our summer camps are more flexible but please note that we do not hold these programs every day so there is no guarantee that your availability will align with a volunteer opportunity. Additionally, volunteers should be comfortable with spending the majority of their time outdoors in all weather conditions.
